1 - Plant is approved by one of the EC State member
Construction and Emissions comply with both the CE Directives 91/156/CEE and 91/659 CEE and the Italian Republic Decree N.22 dated the 5th of February 1997
2 - Smoke emission are within the EC Standards
3 - Plant construction made under S.G.S. Survey as per EC Rules for plant and machinary constructions
4 - Plant Safety and Fire-fighting systems are in accordance to EC requirements
5 - There are NO DIRECT contact from plant cooling-system and sea-waters
