Mobile Pyrolysis plant for "Waste - Tires" and Indian' rubber waste treatment

Aquarius Inc. will manage two mobile plants installed on two different vessels able to treate:
2 Ton./h of waste-tires ( plant # 1 ) on board of the "CYVADIER" Ferry.
1 Ton./h of waste-tires ( plant # 2 ) on board of the " KYONA" Ferry.

Treatment activity: general condition

- 1 - Working area: on board - Ship at pier - Authorized area.
- 2 - Minimum Waste Quantity : One "SPOT" of Waste-Tires.
- 3 - Delivery: F.O.B. - Standard size container or/and Truck -
- 4 - Minimum treatment time : 15 days - non stop 24/7 working time
- 5 - Treatment capacity:
5.1 - "CYVADIER": 2 Ton/h - 4,000 lbs / h approx. Max. admitted size: 8' ( 240 cm)
5.2 - "KYONA": 1 Ton/h - 2,000 lbs / h approx. Max. admitted size: 4' ( 120 cm)
- 6 - Plant authorization : as per European and Italian Standard, EPA on request.
- 7 - Produced pyro-oil: property of Aquarius.

9 - Minimum "SPOT" of waste tires:.

"KYONA" : 300 Ton
"CYVADIER" : 600 Ton.

10 - Treatment cost: zero.

11 - All Harbour charges and expences.
12 - Pilot fees at arrival and at departure
13 - Authorization for the waste-tyres pyrolysis activity in accordance to local rules and Law.
14 - To issue a bank guarantee at favour of Acquarius covering all type of impediments concerning the delivery of the waste-tires or the treatment activity as follows:
"KYONA" Ferry : US $ 100,000.= covering 5 days max. of delay time, lay days, demurrage-days.
"CYVADIER" Ferry : US $ 200,000.= covering 5 days max. of delay time, lay days, demurrage-days.

15 - Max admitted delay time: 5 days.

16 - Travelling expenses could be requested to Client.
Navigation cost: US $ 2,500.= for each travelling day ( 300 nml/day )
